I currently accept the following insurances: Optum, NYSHIP, Northwell Health, Cigna, Aetna, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.

If you have an insurance that I don't currently cover, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, or I can bill the insurer on your behalf. 

Cash, check, Zelle or credit card accepted. The initial in-person or video call visit is $375. Follow-up appointments are $175. Payment is due at the end of each session.
